Fees I work for several Insurance, Charity and Occupational Health Organisations for whom I continue to take counselling referrals. Although existing clients are always welcome to come back and see me, due to my specialist training over recent years, the focus in my private practice now involves working in a much deeper way. Further details of these modalities are shown on a separate tab. My fees are between £80 and £100 per (60- minute) hour and longer sessions are most often needed when we are processing difficult feelings, although we can stop after one hour if you prefer. Cancellations If you need to cancel for any reason, please allow a minimum of at least 48 hours (2 working days) prior to our scheduled appointment. Otherwise, I will need to charge for the session. Location I am based in a quiet, private area of Longthorpe, Peterborough where there is plenty of room for parking. I have disabled access and a toilet opposite my therapy room. Since lockdown, I have been pleasantly surprised at the effectiveness of online working via Zoom and other apps. What Happens Next? For some people, one or two sessions is enough, others need much longer. When we meet initially, we will do a short assessment and together we can decide the best way forward and where you want to focus. The agenda is always yours. If we work together for a while, sometimes it is helpful to do a review. At all times, please feel free to let me know what you need, or don’t need. Payment Methods Payment can be made by either cash or bank transfer. Bank transfers should be made the day before we work together.
